Customer Service - Leominster 10 Temp to Hire Positions
Acts as primary point of contact for resolving all customer issues through either inbound phone calls or mail correspondence. Provides timely, effective and professional response to a variety of customer service inquiries/complaints. Ensures a balance between customer satisfaction and retention and company profitability.
Major responsibilities:
Strong oral and written communication skills, decision-making ability and sensitivity to deal with customers and company employees on a one-to-one basis.Communicates effectively with customers in handling a variety of unique customer inquiries/complaints. Must be decisive and exercise good judgment when resolving customer complaints.Ability to handle diverse work load in a multi-task environment.Uses sales techniques to fully and consistently service the customer by identifying expressed needs for additional business products/services in an attempt to increase order value.
Pay: $10 - $15 /hour

Credit & Collections Analyst 5 Temp to Hire Positions

Medical A/R Reps 9 Direct Hire Positions

A/R side: (9 openings ) Perform billing and collection of assigned accounts. Establish contacts/develop relationships with significant payers to facilitate resolution of outstanding accounts receivable balances. Identify, quantify, and communicate payer issues to group leader/manager in a timely manner. Prepare bad debt and revenue adjustments in accordance with established guidelines. Minimum 2-5 years experience in medical billing and collections. Knowledge and expertise of medical terminology, CPT & ICD-coding and 3rd party billing. Proven organizational, verbal and written communication and negotiation skills. Excellent customer service skills. Familiarity and expertise with MS applications, Word, Excel, etc.) a plus. Able to work well independently and as part of a team. Must be flexible and able to multi-task. H.S. Diploma; AA or BS/BA or equivalent preferred.
Salary Range: $35K-$38K with the need for at least 5 hours of OT per week. They have to be willing to work OT.

Research Associate-Administrative 1 Direct Hire Position
Research real estate tax information and provide reports to lenders so they can manage escrow accounts. 98% of the time they are in the office looking online and in Access data base for tax information. 2% of the time they will travel to local tax collectors office to pull records and research real estate tax assessments. They may travel to Boston or other New England locations to get information. The work load is very cyclical and travel is generally required at peak times. Salary: $24K - $26K based on experience.
