Job Description:
We are looking for Customer Service Representatives. Any candidates must have a minimum of 1 years experience in a Call Center. Some experience in medical or insurance is preferred. The rate will be $12.54 an hour. Reps will be Implementing a calling campaign that targets the affected members. Track member responses in a database. Send follow-up letter to those members we can’t reach by phone.
Job Requirements:
At least 1 year of Call center experience and must be fluent in either Russian, Portuguese, or Spanish
